Please note: In the case participants are under 16 years old a written signed statement is required for authorizing their attendance to the Gasshuku and the pricing list applies in 50% of the respective fees.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS AND PAYMENT:

Registration is done on the website (www.ogkvb.com) by clicking on the respective event and filling the online

form and then pressing the “SEND” button. The registration is NOT valid without money transference completion (30 euro) to the IBAN Bank account.

Historical introduction to Tensho kata (rotating palms). Internal energy and breathing techniques: tension and relaxation (basic, intermediate and advanced levels).

11:00 – 13:00

Tensho kata introduction, postural alignment, grounding, rooting, centering, tension and relaxation, neuro musculoskeletal system, confluence of inhalation and exhalation and physiology of respiration, energy vital points, generation and distribution of Qi.

14:00 – 16:00

Tensho Bunkai Applications: basic, intermediate and advanced levels.

16:00 – 18:00

Kakie exercises and self-defense fighting abilities and techniques (Go and Ju)
